67% of women now secure a job within one month of their Smart Works appointment. That’s up from 63% just a year ago. In today’s tough economic landscape, this is more than a statistic. It’s proof of what happens when women are given the right tools, belief and support at the moment they need it most. Despite rising living costs, stagnant wages, and sector-wide hiring freezes, women are pushing harder than ever to get into work - and often facing setback after setback.

Our latest research revealed:

·        Women applied for an average of 38 jobs

·        27% applied for over 50 roles without success.

·        34% spent more than 25 hours a week job searching.
